Herb Garden Update!

I thought I'd post a quick update on my herb garden which is seriously kicking butt! Is it pathetic to get so much joy from herbs? (answer = no!)

I thought the basil was going to kick the bucket early on so I was using it up quickly in hopes of getting out of it what I could while it was still alive, and then it just went crazy and got all these leaves. So it's a little tiny but smells amazing. My thyme is definitely hogging the planter, and I'm super excited because thyme is my favourite herb! The oregano is also about 3 times larger then last year and going strong!

By far the dill has been the herb to exceed my expectations. It LOVES water, so basically every time it rains it grows another inch (and as you can see we've been getting a lot of rain). The rosemary is certainly keeping up in height! And my chives are getting so tall the tops are bending (and getting the cute little purple flowers)!

And MEGA MINT. This thing comes up to my thighs when I put the pot on the ground! And the leaves are HUGE! Mojito's anyone?
